1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Dubai Syndicate website (dubaisyndicate.com) and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Dubai Syndicate provides a business networking platform that connects entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals through meetups, referral sharing, and business support services. We offer both Free and Premium membership tiers.

3. Membership

Dubai Syndicate offers Free membership and a range of paid membership plans (Verified, Premium, Premium Quarterly and Elite Member — current pricing is shown on the Membership Plans page). Paid plans run for their stated term from the payment date and provide additional benefits such as category exclusivity, priority lead sharing, directory listing and social media promotion, per the plan descriptions.

All membership payments are handled personally and directly — there is no online payment or invoicing on this website. Billing documents for paid memberships are issued separately by Internext Information Technology (a licensed UAE entity) as a membership subscription with included marketing services.

4. User Conduct

Members agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful business information
• Conduct all networking activities professionally and ethically
• Not engage in spam, harassment, or fraudulent activities
• Respect the confidentiality of business information shared within the community
• Not use the platform for illegal purposes

5. Category Exclusivity

Premium Chapters offer category exclusivity on a first-come, first-served basis. Dubai Syndicate reserves the right to determine category classifications and resolve disputes regarding category overlap.

6. Payments & Refunds

Premium Membership fees are due annually as agreed; each Premium term runs for 1 year from the payment date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at Dubai Syndicate's discretion.

7. Member-Uploaded Documents & KYC

To verify your identity and business, you may choose to upload documents such as a trade licence, Emirates ID, passport, residence visa or VAT certificate ("KYC Documents"). By uploading, you confirm the documents are genuine and that you are authorised to share them.

• KYC Documents are stored privately and are accessible only to you and authorised Dubai Syndicate administrators; they are never published or shared with other members.
• We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect them, and we practise data minimisation: once a document is verified, the file is removed from our public web servers and retained only as a secure archive for the limited period described in our Privacy Policy.
• You upload KYC Documents at your own risk. While we take security seriously, no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dubai Syndicate and Internext Information Technology are not liable for any loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse of uploaded documents arising from events beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, cyber-attacks, third-party hosting failures, or credential theft from your own devices).
• Uploading documents is optional. If you prefer not to upload sensitive documents online, you may arrange verification with our team by alternative means.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and by the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and its implementing regulations. By using our services you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dubai Syndicate facilitates networking and referrals but does not guarantee business outcomes, revenue, or specific results. Members are responsible for conducting their own due diligence on referrals and business opportunities. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by that member in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational harm.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dubai Syndicate and Internext Information Technology against any claims, damages or costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or content or documents you upload.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dubai Syndicate website, including logos, text, graphics, and design, is the property of Dubai Syndicate and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Termination

Dubai Syndicate reserves the right to terminate any membership for violation of these terms or conduct deemed harmful to the community.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
