How to start: Share your venue location, seating capacity, photos and preferred meeting schedule. Our team reviews the venue and agrees the chapter launch, host access and operating arrangements before payment and activation.
Your role as host: Provide the agreed venue, organise meetings to the agreed schedule, welcome visitors, mark attendance promptly, follow Dubai Syndicate brand standards and protect attendee information.
Agreed before launch: Meeting frequency, promotional allowance, signage, local sponsorship and any referral commission are confirmed in writing. Geographic exclusivity and Premium category or lead benefits are not automatically included. Food, beverages, printing and paid advertising are separate unless expressly included in your agreement. Attendance, leads and business revenue are not guaranteed.
