Full-time HVAC Duct & Equipment Cleaning Operations

JOB SUMMARY : This role is engaged on a commercial HVAC Duct & Equipment Cleaning project covering complete mechanical and automated cleaning of Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), grills and diffusers. The Working Foreman leads the on-site crew of Technicians and Skilled Helpers, planning daily work, enforcing safety compliance, and ensuring cleaning quality and productivity targets are achieved across the deployed team of a minimum of 7 personnel. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : "• Plan, organize, and directly supervise daily HVAC duct and equipment cleaning activities on site. • Lead and actively participate in mechanical/automated cleaning works alongside the crew. • Allocate Technicians and Skilled Helpers across work fronts to meet daily production targets. • Ensure correct deployment and safe operation of Roto-Brush machines and containment vacuum systems. • Enforce Work at Heights and Confined Space Entry procedures and permit-to-work compliance. • Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and on-the-job coaching for the crew. • Inspect completed work for quality against project specifications before client handover/sign-off. • Liaise with the Project/Site Manager on progress, manpower needs, and material/equipment requirements. • Maintain daily records of manpower deployment, work completed, and any HSE incidents or near-misses. • Escalate technical or safety issues and coordinate corrective actions promptly." EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : "• Minimum 4–5 years of specialized, high-tier commercial HVAC duct and equipment cleaning experience, including prior lead/supervisory experience. • Proven track record managing multi-person crews on commercial cleaning/mechanical projects"
