Common Requirements — All Positions ● Fluent in written and spoken English (mandatory — direct interface with HAS Consortium and multinational site teams) ● Prior experience on railway, power, utilities, civil works, buildings, MEP or telecommunications projects, appropriate to the assigned discipline ● Eligible to work in both the UAE and Oman, or able to obtain the necessary visa/work permit within the mobilisation timeframe (cross-border deployment required) ● Willing to be site-based full-time (UAE Package A or Oman Packages B/C, including Sohar Station where relevant) for the duration of deployment ● Valid passport with minimum 12 months validity; clean employment/reference record ● Competent in standard reporting tools (MS Office/Excel; familiarity with ITR/NCR/inspection-tracking systems an advantage) ● For QC roles specifically: demonstrated hands-on experience with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspection/test records, material approvals, quality documentation, non-conformance (NCR) management and handover/as-built documentation Position , Minimum deployment and Main responsibility UAE Civil Supervisor One full-time, site-based resource in the UAE.Supervise and report Civil construction activities UAE MEP Supervisor One full-time, site-based resource in the UAE. Supervise and report MEP,power and building-services activities Oman Civil Supervisor One full-time, site-based resource in Oman. Supervise and report Civil construction activities Oman MEP Supervisor One full-time, site-based resource in Oman. Supervise and report MEP, power and building-services activities. UAE & Oman QC staffing: upto 8 no. for Independent inspection and quality verification of civil works before covering, casting, backfilling or release to next stage; NCR raising and closure; document control at the work front.
