00:00 — Welcome to Dubai Syndicate Welcome to Dubai Syndicate. This five minute guide explains how to register, post a business requirement, and claim a lead. We will use illustrative examples, so no real member information is shown. Let us get started. 00:13 — 01 REGISTER Open dubai syndicate dot com slash portal slash signup. If you already have an account, use the member login instead. Keep your own email address and WhatsApp number ready, so your account and enquiries reach you. 00:26 — Choose how to sign up You can choose Continue with Google, or complete the email signup form. A Google verified email does not need a separate verification email. You may still need to complete your business profile before you can make full use of the platform. 00:39 — Tell the community about you Enter your full name, WhatsApp number with country code, email, city, and business name. Choose categories that genuinely describe your business. Check your details carefully, set your password if required, and review the terms before submitting. 00:53 — Verify your email If you registered using email and password, open the verification message and follow its link. Check Spam or Junk if it has not arrived. Use the resend option if needed. Google verified registrations skip this email verification step. 01:07 — Complete Documents & KYC Before posting Leads, Asks, or Gives, complete your identity verification under Documents and KYC. Upload the requested document through the secure account area, not inside a lead. Wait for approval. Identity verification is separate from a paid membership plan. 01:24 — 02 POST A LEAD In the member portal, open Leads, Gives and Asks. An Ask is something you need. A Give is something you can offer. For a genuine requirement or referral, select Post an Ask slash Lead. Use Post a Give for an offer. 01:38 — Make the title specific Start with a clear title. For example, Need five hundred printed business cards in Dubai. A specific title helps the right business understand your requirement immediately. Avoid vague titles, repeated adverts, or promises that you cannot verify. 01:53 — Explain the requirement In Details, explain the quantity, specifications, delivery location, and deadline. Add a budget if you know it. For our example, describe the card size, paper finish, and whether artwork is ready. Clear information reduces unnecessary back and forth. 02:09 — Check category and contact Choose the closest available category and provide a correct contact number. If you are referring someone else, get permission before sharing their details. Keep identity documents, passwords, and sensitive information out of the lead. Confirm that the requirement is genuine. 02:25 — Review before publishing Click Post it. The platform prepares the wording for your review. Read the title and details carefully, correct anything inaccurate, and choose Looks good, post it. You can go back to editing instead. Always review the final text before publishing. 02:40 — Track your posted lead After posting, look under Submitted by Me to find your requirement. Check that it says what you intended. Respond promptly to genuine enquiries. Availability and distribution can depend on category, membership, and eligibility, so not every member sees the same opportunities. 02:56 — 03 FIND A LEAD To find work, open Available Leads or Matching My Business. Use the search and category filters to narrow the list. Read the full requirement, not just its title. Focus on opportunities that match your experience, capacity, location, and delivery times. 03:12 — Read before you claim Before choosing Claim Lead, check the details and current availability. Read any eligibility or policy message on screen. Claim only when you have time to follow up. Do not claim simply to reserve an opportunity you cannot realistically fulfil. 03:27 — Log your response promptly After claiming, open My Claims and log a response within sixty minutes. Explain how you can help, then choose Log response to unlock the contact details. Follow the instructions on screen. A claim without timely follow up may be released. 03:42 — Contact the requester Once contact details are available, introduce yourself and your business. Mention the exact requirement and ask any essential questions. Confirm the scope, timing, and next steps. Keep your communication professional, and avoid sending unrelated advertising or repeated unwanted messages. 03:59 — Keep your claim updated Keep the claim updated as the conversation progresses. Where these options are shown, record Contacted, Quote sent, or Awaiting customer, with a meaningful note. An in progress update is not a final outcome and does not automatically unlock another claim. 04:14 — Report Won or Lost When the opportunity is resolved, choose Mark won and enter the actual business value in dirhams, or choose Mark lost if it did not convert. Report honestly. Never invent a win just to unlock another claim. Follow any confirmation steps shown. 04:29 — Cannot continue? Update it If you cannot continue, use the available release or outcome option and explain what happened. Do not leave the claim unattended. Outstanding outcomes can pause new claims, and reminders may follow. The current instructions displayed in your account take priority. 04:44 — You are ready to connect You are ready to begin. Register, verify your email where required, and complete your identity checks. Post clear requirements, claim only when you can help, and report the outcome.
